I recently had worked on a deal with Stephen Nowel at this location and his professionalism and overall demeanor was very kind and helpful. He got us in the car we wanted, was very communicative throughout the whole process and overall made it much less stressful in doing so. Brought my car in for service and I am 100% satisfied with the entire process. The staff were very efficient and professional. Also worth mentioning that I was initially concerned that nobody would know how to drive a manual, but Bella was very cool and explained that she along with a few other staff members are familiar with driving manual. If I ever need any services done in the future, this place will be my go to.

I was able to schedule an appointment that worked well with my schedule. Promptly greeted, and types of service to be performed, and recommended were clearly explained. Since I was going to wait for my vehicle, the advisor gave me a realistic timeframe to expect. My vehicle was ready within that timeframe, washed, sanitized and waiting for me outside. Steve, the advisor, was polite, professional and reviewed the report compiled for my vehicle. We discussed upcoming maintenance for future consideration.

I had major repair work done on the suspension and brake system.
Rodney from Tamaroff Sevice is professional, knowledgeable, and has solid communication…… making this experience as comfortable for me as anyone can feel when dealing with expensive auto repairs.
The work was top shelf and I could tell that Rodney has great rapport with the service techs, which is something most folks don’r consider when dealing with large auto dealers ……… meaning that the techs seemed happy and hard-working , and very thorough as well.
I’m appreciative of Rodney’s work and that of his team.
The dealership service supervisor , Mark Proebe ,is also a first class manager.
It’s a tight ship.

She is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process and even after, she made herself available for any post buying questions I had about my vehicle. And she was quick to respond with a satisfying answer. I highly recommend her. Dave in the financial department is also very knowledgeable and extended the same friendly service.

I recently partnered with Steve Nowel at the Tamaroff Holda dealership in Southfield, MI and had an excellent experience. I set up an appointment Monday morning to come in later than day to connect with Steve and checkout a new Pilot. Upon arriving, Steve was welcoming and took me around the showroom. Because he was also finishing up with another client, he invited me to checkout the model in the showroom to familiarize myself with the features and size and also take a look at the white model in the lot that initially brought me in. I appreciated the no pressure approach and him giving me a chance to experience the car solo a bit while my spouse and I decided if it was a contender for our needs.....Fast forward to later in the week, we decided to move forward, and Steve was able to help us align on pricing, paperwork, and final appointment all via email and text. All of this effort was well appreciated to help us get into the dealership and on our way with minimum lift in- person. For many, including myself, the most stressful part of the buying experience is the expected high-pressure negotiation at the closing table for extended coverage and service warranties. Fortunately Matt, the finance manager, provided very much the opposite. Matt was thorough to explain each available option, how they may benefit us based on our current ownership style and vehicle- specific features, and pricing. While I was highly interested in one plan, my wife felt it wasn't necessary and rather than pushing hard, Matt reiterated the why and even explained how we could add the plan post-sale if my wife felt differently later..... We are now the proud owners of a new Honda SUV (our first Honda) and I will recommend Tamaroff in Southfield to ANYONE considering a Honda. @ Steve and Matt- thank you for the pleasant car shopping experience.
